KnowledgeCenter provides a Claims Document Handling and Notification capability linked to XIS's Insurance Market Repository for document and data upload, download and retrieval.

This solution enables Kcenter DMS to communicate with the IMR allowing Brokers to store Claims documents in electronic files, thereby having participating carriers notified.

Underwriters, with Kcenter DMS have the ability to download these documents from the IMR into their document repositories.

Kcenter utilises standard Market Gateway technologies as the communication protocol with the IMR.
